What to know, before we come.
Knowing what to prepare before our arrival ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing us to deliver the best car detailing service efficiently.
Water and Electricity
Access to water for car cleaning and electricity to power our tools are essential for delivering our detailing services. Having these utilities within 15 meters of the parked car ensures we can operate our equipment, and reduce time wasted moving vehicles and/or struggling to reach areas it whilst servicing.
Variable Pricing
Although photos and videos from customers can provide a rough estimate, we insist on in-person inspections before finalizing prices. This ensures accurate quotations tailored to your vehicle's specific needs, guaranteeing the best possible service outcome.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
To maintain our daily workflow and accommodate all customers effectively, we require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling bookings. Late cancellations or rescheduling severely disrupt our schedule and deny opportunities to others seeking services within that timeframe. Additionally, rescheduling may affect the waiting time for future appointments. Your cooperation in providing advance notice ensures smooth operations and allows us to serve you and our other clients promptly and efficiently.
Callout Fees
As a sole trader providing mobile detailing services, long-distance fees may be applied to cover additional travel costs incurred for distant locations. These fees help compensate for the extra time and resources required to reach customers situated farther away. By transparently applying long-distance fees, I can continue to offer the convenience of mobile services while ensuring fair compensation for my time and efforts.
Working in the Sunlight
Detailing your car in direct sunlight may lead to issues like rusty-looking brake rotors and water spots. The heat accelerates drying, leaving behind residue that causes these problems. It also makes product application uneven. For the best results, aim for shade or indoor spaces during detailing sessions.
